Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Eat My Cake Too, every order is handcrafted and made fresh specifically for our customers. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 7 days of placing it for a full refund, provided that production on the order has not begun.

Orders canceled after the 7-day cancellation period are non-refundable.

For custom cakes, dessert tables, and special event orders, cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled delivery or pickup date may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients, materials, and production time may have already been allocated to your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are food items and perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Custom cakes

  • Cookies

  • Cupcakes

  • Dessert tables

  • Chocolate-covered treats

  • Any personalized or made-to-order products

Shipping Policy & Damaged Packages

Eat My Cake Too carefully packages all shipped orders to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Eat My Cake Too is not responsible for delays, mishandling, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

Customers understand and agree that shipping carriers may handle packages in ways that are outside of our control.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  1. Taking photos of the packaging and products immediately upon delivery.

  2. Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

  3. Contacting us within 24 hours so we can review the situation and determine whether any assistance can be provided.

Submission of photos does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit.

Cake Deliveries

For local deliveries, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the cake or dessert items have been successfully delivered and accepted at the delivery location.

Eat My Cake Too is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper storage

  • Exposure to heat or weather

  • Transportation by the customer or third parties

  • Accidents occurring after delivery

Customers are responsible for following all care and storage instructions provided with their order.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at info@eatmycaketoo.com We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution when an error has been made on our part.
